Argentina Barbecue Spice Mix

Alongside the USA, Argentina is famous for being the classic land of steak. This Argentina Spice Mix evokes the feeling of wide plains, herds of cattle and Argentinian gauchos cooking their steaks around the campfire.

It is a harmonious, spicy composition combining the intense flavours of onion, paprika and chili with aromatic herbs (oregano, coriander, rosemary, thyme, basil etc.) and an exotic, fruity hint of oranges and ginger. The whole thing is rounded off perfectly with the subtle taste of smoke.

This spice mix is not just reserved for steaks, but can also be used for other barbecue foods, meat skewers, crispy roasts, poultry, lamb, pork, shredded pork, hamburgers and spicy sauces. You can also use it to create fantastic barbecue sauces and marinades.

Shelf Life / Storage

Gewürze verlieren durch die falsche Lagerung einen Teil ihres Aromas. Gewürze sollten kühl, trocken, luftdicht und dunkel gelagert werden.

How to use

Das Fleisch vor der Zubereitung kräftig einreiben und kurz einwirken lassen.

Oder sie würzen eine Grillmarinade aus Öl mit dem Argentina Grillgewürz und lassen darin das Fleisch einige Stunden ziehen.
