The sauce tastes as if you eat fresh chillies. An ultra-short heating time, only a pinch of salt and a high-quality, mild organic apple vinegar ensure that the fresh flavours of the chillies fully unfold. Nothing covers the real Scotch Bonnet flavour.
Its variety of fragrances and sweetness underlines especially Caribbean dishes, such as jerk (grilled pork), but also goes well with grilled meat, rice dishes, fish variants such as red snapper, swordfish and tuna and for spicing desserts.

Erstaunlich neutral
Die Soße hat einen angenehmen Geruch und schmeckt leicht süßlich. Ihre Schärfe passt mit ca. 7 relativ gut. Man kann es gerade so noch "normalen" Menschen zumuten - in kleinen Dosen. Persönlich finde ich die Fruchtigkeit der Soße aber nicht überzeugend. Zu viel Hot Sauce, zu wenig Fülle. Ich denke sie würde von etwas mehr Säure, Zucker und Mango profitieren.
