Uses: Rinse the mushrooms under running water and place them in a small bowl. Cover the mushrooms with hot water and leave to soak for 15-20 minutes. Don`t pour the water away afterwards, you can use it to add extra flavour to your cooking.
30g dried mushrooms are roughly equivalent to 300g fresh mushrooms.
