The Scotch Bonnet Yellow chili has a powerful, fiery heat and an extraordinary, tropical-fruity and incredibly varied flavour, similar to that of a Habanero, but softer.

This variety of fragrances and sweetness underlines especially Caribbean dishes, such as jerk (grilled pork), but also goes well with grilled meat, rice dishes, fish variants such as red snapper, swordfish and tuna and for spicing desserts. For real chiliheads also as a spread on bread, or for adding a fine heat to salad sauces & dips.
