Wild Garlic Pesto - Organic - Fresh Harvest 2019
Wild garlic is a naturally-occurring garlic variety, commonly found in limestone beech forests. This species develops early in the season and is highly prized as a wild vegetable. It is picked by hand before it blooms (April/May) and processed whilst still fresh. With a very intense flavour, this is a real treat for pesto and garlic lovers.
Our organic Wild Garlic Pesto is locally produced in a small organic enterprise. Thanks to its cleverly devised recipe, this gourmet pesto does not need to be heated up as it has a long shelf life without being refrigerated. The flavour unfurls into an incredible taste explosion in your mouth. A combination of fresh wild garlic, high-quality olive oil and crystallised almonds rounded off with the gentle sweetness of balsamic vinegar.
You can use our fresh wild garlic pesto in a variety of ways: to spaghetti with some Parmesan, as a spice in salad dressings, dips, soups, to potatoes or simply as a bread spread - you will love it.

Shelf Life / StoragePlease ensure that this pesto is stored at a constant 10°C, thereby protecting the flavour of this product. After opening, the pesto can be kept for at least 14 days in the refrigerator.
How to use
Stir one to two spoonfuls of pesto – depending on your taste preference – into freshly cooked spaghetti. Also tastes fantastic spread on bread.
