Black Olive Cream - Organic
Our Black Olive Cream is an exciting combination of selected Greek Kalamata olives - valued by connoisseurs as the best black olives - virgin olive oil and the fiery heat of Habanero chillies. Selected spices like oregano and mint give it a Mediterranean note.
This aromatic tapenade of black olives is delicious pure on crispy fresh white bread and crostini (e.g. as an aperitif), but also sets hearty accents to fried fish such as tuna, swordfish and red mullet and is a spicy addition to lamb or chicken dishes and sheep`s cheese.
Also a delicious treat when you have to go fast: simply cook fresh pasta, then pour the olive cream mixed with some Salsa di Marzanino Giallo BIO over the pasta and enjoy.

Shelf Life / StoragePlease ensure that this pesto is stored at a constant 10°C, thereby protecting the flavour of this product. After opening, the pesto can be kept for at least 14 days in the refrigerator.
How to use
Stir one to two spoonfuls of pesto – depending on you taste preference – into freshly cooked spaghetti. Also tastes fantastic spread on bread or as a bruschetta topping.
