Crunchy Organic Asparagus

This crunchy organic asparagus is grown locally and processed fresh from the harvest in a small factory.

Only the top 10 cm of the crisp asparagus stalk is used. The aromatic, slightly sweet stock liquid goes well with the asparagus. However, the unbelievable flavour and crunchy firmness of the asparagus remain unchanged, even when stored for a long time.

The process of heating the glasses to increase shelf life is painstakingly monitored by hand. The glass contains approximately 20-25 asparagus stalks.

Chili Food is particularly proud of this latest innovation and recommends this product wholeheartedly.

Shelf Life / Storage

The expiry date printed on the product refers to an unopened product in unrefrigerated storage. After opening, the product can be kept for at least 3 months if stored below 7°C. Please take care to ensure that the product is completely covered by the pickle solution. If the brine begins to turn a milky white colour, this is an indication of lactic acid bacteria. Please dispose of this product if this occurs.
