Jasmine rice unfolds its wonderful delicate floral and buttery scent. With its mild-sweet taste it is ideal for all Asian dishes. It remains slightly sticky after cooking and is therefore also well suited for eating with sticks.
Only whole grains, no broken rice.
Cooking time: 4 minutes with a double amount of water. Then simmer on small flame for 10-12 minutes.
Do not add salt or vegetable broth, since then the flavour of the "aroma" is distorted.
