At first taste, Dave`s Total Insanity Sauce has a very aromatic flavour with an enjoyable taste of garlic with a hot and spicy aftertaste that is not to be underestimated. In spite of the relatively low Scoville rating of 48,000 SHU, this sauce should nevertheless not be underestimated. A perfect hot condiment for the dinner table.

The expiry date printed on the product refers to an unopened product in unrefrigerated storage. After opening, the product can be kept for at least 6 months if stored below 7°C.

Ziemlich purer Habanero Geschmack mit starker Knoblauch Note. Nebenbei hat die Sauce einen leicht metallisch-säuerlichen Nachgeschmack der aber nicht weiter stört, wenn man die Sauce NUR zum \"Verschärfen\" nimmt und nicht pur verwendet. Mitgekocht kommt die Sauce bei allen Pasta-Saucen oder auch Schmor-Fleisch Gerichten echt lecker rüber und unterstreicht alle anderen Zutaten. 1 TL auf 1 Liter Flüssigkeit beamt schon fast den Schädel weg ,-)
