CASCINA BELVEDERE Truffle Risotto - Italian Risotto with Summer Truffle

Creamy risotto meets the distinctive character of truffle: this risotto mix from CASCINA BELVEDERE contains 92% rice and is complemented by cheese, vegetables, herbs and 0.1% summer truffle (Tuber aestivum).

Onion, celery, carrots and parsley combine with extra virgin olive oil, miso and selected spices to create a savoury base. Cheese complements the mixture, while summer truffle and flavourings give the risotto its characteristic truffle note.

The truffle risotto is ideal as a special main course or as an accompaniment to meat and vegetables. Finish to taste with butter, Parmesan or freshly shaved truffle before serving.
