Trinidad Scorpion Moruga Hot Sauce

The insider’s secret for all those who don’t like extract sauces: pure natural heat of the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion chili!

The Trinidad Scorpion Moruga was the Guinness World Record holder of hottest Chilli Pepper in the world in 2012 before it was replaced by the Carolina Reaper.

The Trinidad Scorpion Moruga peppers have a distinctive flavour of their own, which is rounded by vinegar, tomatoes, citrus and a blend of spices - a masterpiece of extreme heat and a wonderful taste blossoms. The heat takes a little while to develop, but then providing a lasting burn to light your tongue on fire!

Perfect to add some additional heat to sauces, pizza, hamburger, sausages and marinades.

Shelf Life / Storage

The expiry date printed on the product refers to an unopened product in unrefrigerated storage. After opening, the product can be kept for at least 6 months if stored below 7°C.

Warning regarding spiciness

This product is extremely spicy and should be kept out of reach of children and people with a spice intolerance. Only for use in highly diluted form! Maximum intake per day: 28 grams (approx. 2 teaspoons) In the event of an overdose or any discomfort, drink at least 250ml of milk to neutralise the heat in the mouth, nasopharyngeal zone and stomach.
