This product is produced according to AOC guidelines (Appelation dOrigine Contrôlée). AOC is a seal of protection for agricultural products (such as wine, champagne, calvados, butter, cheese, olive oil) with a controlled designation of origin and strict requirements: - production must be carried out using traditional methods throughout - the ingredients must come from a precisely defined region - the product must be processed in this region and meet clearly defined quality standards - strictly monitored and regulated by a control commission.
