Vindaloo Paste

Ashoka Vindaloo Paste is an Indian spice paste for a typical Indian vindaloo curry.

Originally, vindaloo is a spicy curry dish from Goa that is a mixture of Portuguese and Indian cooking traditions - Indian spices and all Portuguese with a lot of garlic and pork. Accordingly, it is often cooked with pork, but also with chicken.

It`s very easy to prepare: just add to the meat and vegetables, fry briefly, then add a little water or coconut milk, simmer until everything is cooked. That`s it.

Without preservatives - without flavour enhancers - without artificial colouring.
