Pinocchios Nose Chili Seeds
Info: The Pinocchios Nose Chili got its name because their chillies grow longer and longer - reaching up to unbelievable 30 cm long. The plants produce high yields of the slender cayenne-type chillies, that ripen from a dark bottle-green to a brilliant red. They have a medium heat and a good aroma and are excellent for making hot sauces or for drying to make powders. The plants are also well suited for pot cultivation.
Care: The germination temperature is between 20 und 28°C (7 - 20 day germination period), therefore the use of a greenhouse and a heating mat is recommended. The plants need fresh, well-fertilised, permeable soil, and do not tolerate waterlogging. They should be planted in a sunny, protected place with at least 6 hours of sunlight - preferably more. Put the plants outside approx. 2 to 3 weeks after the last frost.
