Chili Sin Carne Hot

Perfect for rainy autumn days - a delicious chili sin carne warms you up from the inside with its intense spiciness and delicious ingredients. It`s not just vegetarians who will love this dish.

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 spring onions
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
4 chili peppers (fresh or dried)
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 large can of corn
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 large can of kidney beans
800 g vegetarian mince
3 tbsp vegetable oil
A little salt and pepper
4 tbsp tomato paste
500 ml vegetable stock
Smoked paprika Powder

Preparation:

Peel, quarter, and finely chop the onions and garlic. Halve the chili pepper and bell peppers, remove the stems, seeds, and white membranes. Finely dice the chili pepper and cut the bell peppers into small cubes. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut them into fine rings.

Heat the oil in a pot, add the vegetarian mince and fry vigorously while stirring. Season with salt, paprika and pepper. Add the onions and garlic, fry briefly with the mince, then stir in the tomato paste. Pour in the vegetable stock, cover and simmer over a reduced heat for 25 minutes.
Then add the bell pepper, kidney beans, spring onions, corn, chili, chopped tomatoes, and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with salt, paprika, and pepper and serve with fresh bread or delicious nachos.
