Cosmos Sulphureus Redcrest Seeds
Info: Cosmos Sulphureus Redcrest is a showy and large graceful plant with bright, semi-double blooms in a stunning orange red. Unlike most cosmos, this variety is only 30-50 cm tall and is well suited for planting flower beds.
Cosmeas are abundantly blooming, annual summer flowers that will brighten up any flower bed, farm garden, border and vase. They offer a lot of pollen and nectar, attracting many butterflies and insects. The plants are undemanding, easy to care for and flower all summer long.
Sowing & care: Sow either from mid-April under glass or from mid-May directly outdoors. Just cover with a sprinkling of soil. Plant out after any danger of frost has passed. Cosmos thrive in full sun and half shade. They love a sandy-humose, well-drained garden soil.
