Fenugreek Seed for Sprouts, organic
Pharaoh`s treasure! Already the ancient Egyptians used fenugreek as a spice, as a remedy and for embalming. It is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5 and D as well as iron and phosphorus. Its characteristic scent is reminiscent of curry, in germinated form it goes wonderfully with pasta and rice dishes.
The germination period is 2-4 days with 6-8 hours previous soaking time, whereby it is to be noted that the germs develop more bitter substances with increasing growth. It succeeds best in the germination glass.
It is also suitable as a whole for seasoning curries and other Indian dishes. To do this, roast briefly in a pan.
Storage: Protect from heat and keep dry.
