Jubileum Tomato Seeds
Info: The Jubileum tomato is a very juicy variety from Hungary with round, red fruits of up to 150 g. The tomatoes are flavourful and best suitable for use in making fruity sauces, but are also great for fresh consumption or as salad tomatoes. The plants grow up to 180 cm high and are very high yielding. The shoots should be regularly pinched-off to ensure healthy growth and a high yield.
Care: You can grow the Jubileum tomatoes inside the house, in a greenhouse or outdoors. The optimal germination temperature is between 20 and 25°C, and germination occurs after 8 - 14 days. You can speed up the germination process if you leave the seeds to soak overnight in a damp cloth. You should wait until after the last frost to plant your chosen plants.
Tomatoes need fresh, well-fertilised, permeable soil which is kept moist (but not wet!). They should be planted in a sunny, protected place with at least 6 hours of sunlight - preferably more.
