Chillies not only add the necessary amount of spicy heat to classic dishes like chili con carne, but can also add a fiery flavour to piquant chicken wings (e.g. when using an Asian-inspired marinade), not to mention lamb, beef, veal and pork.

You simply have to try out fiery goulash soup – it’s a huge party hit.
