The Wilde Hilde project began for owner Christian Hübner with Grandma Hilde`s recipe for homemade ketchup. He has made it his passion to create fruity, delicious sauces in his kitchen that take him back to the time when his grandma Hildegard cooked his favourite sauce for him. He still stands in his kitchen every day and lovingly cooks his own creations using the most delicious, regional ingredients.
