Ekspånsrökt Chili BBQ Sauce, organic

The Ekspånsrökt BBQ sauce from Sweden contains two different chilli types: Jalapeno & Serrano Chillies. Both chilli varieties originally come from Mexico, but are now grown by Skånsk Chili in Sweden and gently smoked over spicy oak wood after harvesting. This gives the Ekspånsrökt Chili BBQ Sauce its warm and naturally smoky flavour.

Rounded off with an exquisite selection of spices, it is the ideal companion for grilling or cooking at the stove: simply spread the BBQ sauce on meat or vegetables before preparing them and place them directly on the grill or in the oven.
The sauce is also perfect as a spice, marinade or dip.
