Crazy Gibbon Hot Sauce brings real fire to your plate - not for the faint-hearted.

Shelf Life / Storage

The expiry date printed on the product refers to an unopened product in unrefrigerated storage. After opening, the product can be kept for at least 6 months if stored below 7°C.

How to use

Season your spare ribs with a dry spice mix of brown sugar, salt, powdered paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Cook the spare ribs very slowly (1-2 hours) over charcoal or in a smoker at 130°C for 3 hours. Towards the end of the cooking time, spread Crazy Cow Barbecue Sauce over the ribs with a pastry brush and leave them to cook for a few more minutes without allowing the sauce to burn. Only turn the ribs right before the end. We can`t think of a better way to prepare spare ribs.
