Hikari aged red miso is a Japanese soybean paste for miso soups. This aged miso is characterised by a full-bodied aroma and a delicious depth of flavour. It is also rich in umami. It is ideal for soups, sauces, marinades and noodles.

Also as an ingredient for soups, sauces, marinades and ramen.

This red miso is fermented for a very long time and therefore has a particularly intense aroma. This variety is particularly popular in the Kanto region around Tokyo and goes very well with aromatic noodle soups!
