Bruschetta Arrabbiata

This Italian spice blend impresses with its stimulating mix of tomato, Italian herbs and fiery chili. Use it to prepare delicious starters, such as the traditional Italian Bruschetta. Bruschetta is toasted bread rubbed with garlic and drizzled with olive oil - it`s especially tasty with Ciabatta. If you stir the Bruschetta spice blend with water and olive oil (the same amount of each), you can then spread it on the toasted bread and top it with some finely cut fresh tomatoes. It also goes perfectly with almonds, parmesan, cream cheese and chopped olives.
