Sushi Vinegar

Otafuku Sushi Vinegar is a preparation of rice vinegar for seasoning sushi rice. It gives sushi rice its special consistency and flavour and ensures a perfect balance of flavours.

It is also suitable as a dip for dumplings, for marinades and as an ingredient for meat and vegetable dishes.

Use: Cook 400 to 500g of sushi rice and mix 30 to 40ml of Otafuku Sushi Vinegar with 20g of sugar and 3g of salt in a cup. Spread the mixture over the rice and mix well. Then prepare the sushi as usual.
