Red Thai is one of the most popular and well-known curry dishes from Thailand, and is traditionally prepared with meat or fish. As a vegetarian variant with tofu or vegetables, Red Thai curry is an ideal accompaniment to cooked rice.
How to use
Just heat the sauce through in a pot or fry some meat or tofu, pour in the sauce and let it simmer for a short time.
