Indian Curry Paste Tandoori - BIO -
A traditional spice paste from the North Indian cuisine. Its flavour is spicy with a fine note of ginger and tamarind. It is particularly suitable for Tandoori recipes (a classic Indian oven dish), and for refining and marinating tofu, fish or poultry. It is also suitable for seasoning potato and rice dishes and vegetable stews.
