Chicken Wings Teriyaki
Recipe for Asian Chicken Wings - very flavourful, delicious and easy to prepare
- Chicken wings incl. some breast meat
- Chicken Wing Teriyaki Sauce
As a main dish you should expect around 4 chicken wings per person, provided that they were generously cut to include some breast meat. Place the wings skin side up on a baking sheet with parchment paper, and coat them with salted melted butter. Then put them in a pre-heated oven at 200 °C convection for 30 minutes. As soon as the wings are crispy, brush them with some Chicken Wing Teriyaki Sauce and put them back in the oven for a couple of minutes.
Serve the wings with some dipping sauce.
