Celery Prince Seeds

Info: The celery prince is a special breed with high resistance to shooting. With its small roots and the solid, white meat, it is easy to process. Due to its mild-spicy taste, it is particularly well suited as greens, vegetables with meat and fish dishes or as a healthy snack in between. In addition, the low-calorie vegetables are high in roughage.

Sowing & cultivation: The sowing should take place from March in preculture or from April directly into the field. Since celery is a light germ, the seed should be little covered with soil. Seeds should be lightly pressed and kept moist. From May, the young plants can be planted outdoors at a distance of 40cm. The plants need a regular irrigation and regular additions of fertilizer. For optimal growth, celery needs a nutrient-rich, humus-rich soil. To prevent sycamore, liming the soil is recommended.
