Beetroot Bulls Blood Seeds
Info: Bulls Blood is a traditional, Dutch beetroot variety. It forms dark-red colored beets with a fine taste. A special feature of this variety is its purple foliage. The young leaves are very popular as a pickle salad or to add some color and flavor to other mixed salads.
Sowing & cultivation: Sowing can be done outdoors from April. Sowing depth should be about 2-3cm. A row spacing of 30 x 10cm and a planting distance of 10cm required. Beetroot is a very undemanding vegetable and makes little demands on the ground. A humus rich, nutrient-rich, slightly permeable soil is optimal. The soil must have a constant moisture during the entire growth phase.
