Roasted Jalapenos with Onions

Quite a bunch of heat & taste!

Jalapenos toreados are in a way lightly "browned" or lightly roasted peppers because they are quickly fried in a little oil, and turned. Sometimes you can see blisters on the jalapeños from the heat, but they are cooked short enough to keep some of their bite. Then pickled in an onion-vinegar emulsion making them a delicious tasty side to meat, fish, grillings or vegetables.

Sprinkle these delicious hot chillies over your dishes, wether nachos or tortillas, to sandwiches, in the salad or give you pizza the special something.
