Our red jalapeno sauce is made from fresh, sun-blessed, red jalapeno chillies. Ripe and red jalapenos are a bit hotter than green jalapenos and have a more intense, almost sweet chilli flavour. Nevertheless, the heat is moderate and suitable even for chili beginners.

The sauce tastes as if you eat fresh chillies. An ultra-short heating time, only a pinch of salt and a high-quality, mild organic apple vinegar ensure that the fresh flavours of the chillies fully unfold. Nothing covers the real Jalapeno flavour.
