Winter-Style Crazy Cow Beef Short Ribs (Low & Slow)
Ingredients (serves 4)

1.5 kg beef short ribs

6 tbsp Crazy Cow Barbecue Sauce
-
2 tbsp coarse sea salt
-
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
-
1 tbsp smoked paprika
-
2 garlic cloves, lightly crushed

1 sprig of fresh rosemary

150 ml beef stock
Instructions

Season the short ribs generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Preheat the grill for indirect heat or the oven to 120-140°C (250-285°F).

Cook the ribs low and slow for 3-4 hours until tender.

After about 2 hours, brush the ribs with Crazy Cow Barbecue Sauce and add garlic and rosemary.

Pour in the beef stock, loosely cover, and continue cooking until the meat is fall-apart tender.

Remove the cover, brush again with Crazy Cow Sauce, and let the ribs caramelize for the final 15-20 minutes.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with baked potatoes, red cabbage salad, and an extra drizzle of Crazy Cow Barbecue Sauce on the side.
