Whole Dried Jinta Chillies 25kg
The Jinta chilli is a typical Chinese chile variety. The chillies are approx. 10-14 cm long and have a dark red colour. They are so intensely coloured that a deep red chilli oil can be made from them, which is very popular in Chinese cuisine as a table spice.
To make it, simply soak the roughly crushed chillies in warm, not hot, oil and leave to infuse for weeks.
The Jinta chilli has a typical intense chilli pepper flavour and a medium heat of 8,000 - 12,000 SHU.

How to use
Rinse the dried Jinta chillies first with warm water, soak in hot water for 10 min. to rehydrate or add directly to the recipe that will cook at least 10 minutes.
