These special spices for baking have a very strong flavour and are great for making mouth-watering treats. Ground Stollen Seasoning and “Rustic” Bread Seasoning with Black Cumin

This spice mix is not only ideal for traditional Christmas Stollen, but also for other cakes and bakes. The mixture contains the following spices:  aniseed, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and cloves. This combination can be used to great effect in delicious biscuits and similar baked goods. You can find a full recipe for an almond stollen in the product description. The “Rustic” Bread Seasoning with Black Cumin offers you numerous options for baking your own bread. Depending on how much you use, it can create a very intense or quite subtle flavour. This baking mix contains pepper, caraway seed, black cumin, aniseed and fennel.

Ground and whole spices

You can buy the following spices in their ground form in our online shop: aniseed, blue fenugreek, ginger, cloves and cinnamon. The following spices can also be found whole, that is unground: aniseed, star anise, hulled white sesame seeds, cloves, green hulled cardamom and cinnamon sticks.

Our final word of advice for our chili friends. Even here in this section all about spices without any chili, you can still use chili when you bake cakes and biscuits. Chili tastes particularly great in combination with dark or milk chocolate.
