Salsa Cheese Dip
For those who don`t always like it hot, this American-style salsa cheese dip is the right alternative. In Mexico it is called Salsa de Queso and is made with the English Cheddar cheese.
Deliciously creamy, tenderly melting and well-balanced spiced, it is not only suitable as a dip for nachos, but also as a topping for potato dishes, grilled food, casseroles and baked goods such as toast and burgers. Even with chicken or vegetable sticks, the Salsa Cheese Dip is an excellent accompaniment.
