7 Pot Chillies bear their name, because the heat of one pod is enough to sharpen 7 filled pots. Their tropical-fruity taste has a light pineapple note followed by a stunning heat.

The sauce tastes as if you eat fresh chillies. An ultra-short heating time, only a pinch of salt and a high-quality, mild organic apple vinegar ensure that the fresh flavours of the chillies fully unfold. Nothing covers the real 7 Pot flavour.

Perfect for beef, venison and tomato or pepper sauces.
And it is suitable as a quick kitchen aid, if you dont have any fresh chillies at hand while cooking.

Die Sauce ist nämlich absolut top. Super Aroma, super Schärfe. Vielleicht nicht unmenschlich, würde ich sie knapp über der allseits bekannten Pain100 einstufen. Die Schärfe ist dabei sehr direkt und hält nicht lange.
Auch geschmacklich nichts auszusetzen: wenig Salz, wenig Essig, ausgewogen und fruchtig.
Das gilt übrigens für die ganze Bio-Organic Linie: Dezente Aufmachung, starke Produkte. Sehr gelungen ...
