Organic Raspberries whole freeze-dried

Thanks to the gentle vacuum freeze-drying, the natural colour and shape of the fruits remain almost identically. The flavour is full-bodied and highly aromatic. The vital substances are also completely preserved: raspberries are rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium and vitamin C and strengthen the immune defense due to their contained flavonoids.

The raspberries are sweet and sour and are not only for the refining and decorating of pralines and cakes. They give the finishing touch to summer salads or fine desserts and make muesli, milk shakes, smoothies and yogurt to a fruity treat. The red all-rounder can even be used for spicy meat dishes.
And as a healthy snack, they simply put you in a good mood.

For 100 g of freeze-dried organic raspberries are used approx. 700 g of fresh fruits.
Gently freeze-dried, without any flavouring agents, artificial colours and preservatives, without added sugar.
