Marie Sharp is the grande dame of hot sauces. In the early 1980s, she began composing the first habanero sauces on the veranda of her farm at the foot of the Maya Mountains in Belize. In the meantime, her sauces are much loved all over the world. The sauces contain no artificial additives, but are made exclusively by hand from natural ingredients.
