Fish Pepper Chili Seeds
Info: The Fish Pepper Chili from Africa - as its name would imply - is used for refining fish dishes and supports the fine flavours of fish and seafood. This chili is particularly decorative due to its white variegated leaves, and the chillies are initially green-white striped and then ripen with orange coloured stripes to red. When the chilies are completely red, the ripening process is completed. They have an intense pepper flavour, a medium spiciness and are suitable not only for fish, but also for cooking, seasoning, pickling and for fresh consumption.
Care: The germination temperature is between 21 und 28°C (6 - 20 day germination period), therefore the use of a greenhouse and a heating mat is recommended. The plants need fresh, well-fertilised, permeable soil, and do not tolerate waterlogging. They should be planted in a sunny, protected place with at least 6 hours of sunlight - preferably more. Put the plants outside approx. 2 to 3 weeks after the last frost.
