Trinidad Perfume Chili Seeds

Info: The Trinidad Perfume Chili is a very mild Habanero variety with a full flavour and a very high yield. Ideal for those who don’t like it too spicy, but would still like to have the typical Habanero flavour. Like all Habanero varieties, the plants are bushy, and the fruits ripen to a yellow-orange. As the name “Perfume” would imply, they have an intense scent and the taste is fruity with very little spiciness. The chilies are therefore excellent for fresh consumption, for fruity Caribbean dishes, and for pickling.

Care: The germination temperature is between 22 und 28°C (8 - 21 day germination period), therefore the use of a greenhouse and a heating mat is recommended. The plants need fresh, well-fertilised, permeable soil, and do not tolerate waterlogging. They should be planted in a sunny, protected place with at least 6 hours of sunlight - preferably more. Put the plants outside approx. 2 to 3 weeks after the last frost.
