The Trinidad Scorpion Moruga Red Chili combines an intense heat with a Caribbean-fruity flavour - full-bodied and without bitterness. The heat takes a while but then it bites with full force, just like a scorpion.

Especially delicious to refine and spice up (grilled) meat, fish, curries and tomato sauces. For real chiliheads also as a spread on bread, or for adding a fine heat to salad sauces & dips.
