Especially delicious to refine and spice up fish dishes, vegetables and white meat. In South America, Aji Amarillo belongs in the traditional fish dish "Ceviche". For real chiliheads also as a spread on bread, or for adding a fine heat to salad sauces & dips.

Pure chili puree with 7g salt/kg. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 6 weeks.
