Spaghetti and Meatballs

In the Tex-Mex cuisine, the nachos are very popular, just for this reason, there are many dishes you can prepare with them.
Whether vegetarian or with juicy minced beef, for dipping or topped with cheese, the nachos make even the youngest people smile at big parties - and one thing is guaranteed! The nachos are consumed in the shortest time.

Ingredients for 4 People:

2 packs of Nachos (corn chips)
250 - 300 g grated cheese (preferably Cheddar)
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 jar of jalapeño rings
1 small can of sweet corn (about 110 g)
1 small can of kidney beans (about 110 g)
1 cup crème fraîche or 1 package herb cream cheese
1 bundle of parsley
1 bundle of spring onions
300 g minced beef
1 Avocado
salt & pepper
a little oil
(maybe some chili powder for the heat Lovers)

Preparation:

First preheat the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat. Then wash the green and red bell peppers, remove the stem and seeds and cut them into small pieces. Remove the avocado with a spoon from the skin and cut into small pieces. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Then put the corn and kidney beans in a colander and wash them again for a moment. Place the nachos in a large baking dish.

Put a large frying pan on the stove, heat the oil in it, fry the minced meat until it is a little brown, then fry the spring onions and peppers shortly in it. Put the mixture of minced meat and vegetables in a large bowl.
Remove the jalapeño rings from the jar and add some of them to the bowl with the meat-vegetable mix, as you like it hotter. Add the corn, kidney beans, avocado and crème fraîche or cream cheese to the minced meat and vegetable mix, season with salt and pepper (chili powder if you like) and mix everything well.

Spread the mixture of minced meat and vegetables all over the nachos and sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for about 15 - 25 min (depending on browning preference), in the meantime wash and chop the parsley. Remove the nachos from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy!

The American Hot sauces or grill sauces are perfect as a topping, they give the dish a real spicy kick!
