The Namib Chilli Dragon Breath Hot Sauce is a must for all fans of African biltong.

For those who don`t know, biltong is a deliciously spicy dried meat strip from South Africa and Namibia. It is usually made from beef, but meat from ostrich, kudu, springbok, eland, gemsbok and other game animals is also common. The meat is marinated in one piece with vinegar, sugar, salt, coriander and pepper, air-dried for several weeks and finally sliced thinly.

The sauce combines a fiery, fruity habanero heat with the spicy biltong flavour and is therefore ideal for steak, BBQ and other meat dishes. Like hot chilli biltong bites in a bottle.

No added sugar. Vegan friendly.

Namib Chilli is a small sauce producer from Swakopmund, Namibia. The sauces are all handmade with love, from regionally grown chillies.

Shelf Life / Storage

Store in a dry cool place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 months. Shake well before use. Because this is a product that doesn`t use any artificial preservatives, it might oxidise and change colour with use. This doesn`t affect the flavour or the quality of the product.
