Roulade spice preparation
The classic Roulade spice is a hearty mixture to refine traditional festival roulades, in particular pork or beef roulades. You can also use the spice to flavour gravies and spice up meat dishes.
Tip: Coat the roulade with mustard and sprinkle over some EDORA Roulade spice preparation. Distribute bacon, diced onion, cucumber and paprika pieces over the roulade. Secure with skewers or wrap with roulade thread, and cook in hot oil for approx. 15 minutes until brown. Add water and let it stew for 80 minutes. Bon Appetit!
Shelf Life / StorageSpices lose some of their flavour through incorrect storage. Spices should be stored in a cool, dry, dark and airtight place.
