Capezzoli di Scimmia Chili Powder 50g

Capezzoli di Scimmia is a hellishly hot Italian chili, originally from Bolivia. We make a fiery hot chilli powder from its small, round, orange chillies, which have the typical fruity Chinense aroma. You usually get these chillies only as seeds for self-cultivation, so this chili powder is a real novelty!
Fits perfectly to all meat dishes, stews, but also to pizza and pasta. And is really only something for spicy people.
By the way: "Capezzoli di Scimmia" means translated "monkey nipples".
Shelf Life / StorageThe expiry date printed on the product refers to an unopened product in unrefrigerated storage. After opening, the product can be kept for at least 3 months if stored below 7°C. Please take care to ensure that the product is completely covered by the pickle solution. If the brine begins to turn a milky white colour, this is an indication of lactic acid bacteria. Please dispose of this product if this occurs.
How to use
Our top tip: Don’t pour the brine away, you can use it to conjure up delicious salad dressings with a hint of chili.
