"Banana" Curry is an exotic spice mix for mild, fruity curries.

This mix originates from Caribbean cuisine and harmonises perfectly with coconut milk, vegetables, chicken, turkey or pork, seafood and fish. Through the combination of fruity-aromatic banana powder with piquant spices, you can give your dishes an exceptional touch.

Shelf Life / Storage

Spices lose some of their flavour through incorrect storage. Spices should be stored in a cool, dry, dark and airtight place.

How to use

Recipe for Banana Turkey Curry

Fry turkey strips in oil, add a diced onion (and a chili depending on the level of spiciness desired), then add 2 tbsp. Banana Curry powder and pour in a can of coconut milk. Add a sliced banana and 200g of chopped pineapple, and let it simmer for a further 5 minutes. Season with salt and serve with rice.

empfehlenswert !!

dieses curry habe ich mir bestellt, da ich mir den geschmack von banane sehr gut bei asiatischen/ indischen gerichten vorstellen konnte.

curry hat einen angenehmen geschmack und die bananennote kommt wie erhofft wirklich gut durch, zwar dezent, aber ausreichend.

bin sehr zufrieden und werde mir das bestimmt wieder holen !!
