Whole Dried American Red Chillies
The American Red Chili is a deep red coloured, approx. 14 cm long chili variety with medium to strong heat. It has an extraordinary, intense flavour that has hints of berries and tannins in addition to the typical chilli pepper taste.
It is therefore particularly suitable for hearty dishes with meat, also stews and casseroles, as well as for Mexican cuisine.
Soak the dried chillies in hot water for 10 minutes, then you can chop or puree them and add them to your dish. You can also add them directly to any recipe that has a cooking time of at least 10 minutes.

How to use
Rinse the dried American Red chillies first with warm water, soak in hot water for 10 min. to rehydrate or add directly to the recipe that will cook at least 10 minutes.
