Curry Poona

Spicy curry dishes are typical for the region around Poona in western India. They are mostly prepared vegetarian or with chicken, turkey or lamb.
The curry blend Poona promises a spicy taste with a mild, sweetish heat. It is perfect for refining dishes or typical Indian curry dishes, but it is also suitable for marinating meat (chicken), e.g. with yoghurt and paprika powder. The flavours particularly come into their own when the curry blend is fried in some ghee (Indian butter).

Ein klasse Allround-Curry

Das Curry Poona ist eine milde und sehr gut abgestimmte, harmonische Gewürzmischung. Ich verwende es vorrangig zu Hähnchengerichten. Passt aber auch sehr gut um helle und dunkle Soßen auf den Punkt abzuschmecken. Auch Gemüse wie Blumenkohl, Broccoli oder einem Ratatouille würze ich gerne damit. Im Supermarkt oder Einzelhandel habe ich so ein gutes und bzgl. der einzelnen Gewürze perfekt ausbalanciertes Curry noch nicht gefunden und war meistens enttäuscht weil irgendein Gewürz zu stark dominierte. Beim Poona ist das nicht der Fall. Von mir absolute Kaufempfehlung zumal der Preis mehr als fair ist.
